Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the ChainHost website located at www.ChainHost.com, and all associated sites linked to www.ChainHost.com by ChainHost, its subsidiaries and affiliates (those sites, the “Site”). The Site is owned by Dynamic Computers LTD LLC (“ChainHost”). The privacy policy also incorporates by reference the Terms of Use, the User Agreement and the Fees and Credit Policy also available at the Site.     -Law enforcement offices upon reciept of a valid court order.
    -To enable chainhost and its assigns to start collection activity for unpaid service once your account is terminated for non payment.
    -Third-party rights owners or others with documented claims requesting us to enforce our Terms of Use or Privacy Policy
    -Content owners that show hosted content violates their rights which are protected.
    -We may also provide your information to third party fraud screening services as part of our risk managment practices.
    -Parties to whom you grant permission for us to share.
    -Service providers under contract who help with the business operations of the Site; or
    -As permitted by law
